More than two million people downloaded it shortly after the launch of the Arogya Setu app. 

This government application helps people to assess the danger and risk of viral corona infection. It can be downloaded on Android smartphones and iPhone. This special application will help you meet the people with positive crown present nearby. This is done using the Bluetooth, the location and the number of your mobile phone. Let's see how to use

                                                                                  Open the app and choose your preferred language

The Arogya Setu app is available in 11 Indian languages including English and Hindi. After installing, open the app and choose your preferred language.

Bluetooth will be needed

The Arogya Setu app will require Bluetooth and GPS data. Allow this app to work. Arogya Setu uses your mobile number, Bluetooth and location data for contact tracing and tells if you are under corona risk.

Register your phone

The app works only when you register your mobile number and verify it with OTP. There is also an optional form that asks about name, age, occupation, and trips abroad for the past 30 days.

This shows the danger

The application shows your risk level in green and yellow codes. It also suggests what you should do. If you are shown in green and told that 'you are safe' then there is no danger. To avoid corona, you should maintain social distancing and stay at home.

Yellow color danger hour

If you are shown in yellow and the text says 'You are very risky' then you should contact the helpline.

Can also give your assessment

You can use the 'Self Assessment Test' feature on the Arogya Setu app. To use this function, click on the option and then the application will open the chat window. In this, some questions related to the health and symptoms of the user will be asked.
